Full Business Audit (Week 1)

Once onboarded, the first week is pure audit. We examine your actual business tools — your CRM, your WhatsApp, your ad accounts, your spreadsheets. We map your customer journey from first touch to delivery.

Our audit covers all 6 Business OS systems: Marketing, Lead, Communication, Sales, Fulfillment, Intelligence. You receive a written report showing exactly where each system stands today.

Custom Roadmap Creation (Week 2–3)

Based on your audit, we design your 6-month installation roadmap. Which systems to install first. Which team members to train. Which tools to buy or replace. What metrics to track.

The roadmap is presented in a kickoff session with your leadership team. We adjust based on your input, priorities, and constraints. You approve the final roadmap before any implementation begins.

Weekly Installation Sprints (Weeks 4–20)

This is where the work happens. Every week, our team installs specific components — a CRM workflow, a WhatsApp automation, a set of ad campaigns, a sales SOP. You have one 60-minute 1:1 with Anand weekly to review progress and course-correct.

Your team members (marketing head, sales lead, ops lead) join specific training sessions for the systems they'll own. Every installation is tested before it goes live. Every metric is tracked.

Intelligence Layer Activation (Week 17–20)

Once systems are installed, the Intelligence OS goes live. Your business dashboard shows CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, pipeline value — all in real-time. Weekly review rhythm is established.
