How we use AI —
and where we don't.

Most firms quietly use AI and pretend they don't. We're the opposite. We use AI openly for what it's good at — and do the real work ourselves for everything else. This page tells you exactly which is which.

Why this page exists

AI has become invisible in modern marketing. Videos with AI avatars. Copy written by ChatGPT. Headshots generated by algorithms. Most people see this content every day without knowing what's human and what's synthetic.

We've chosen a different path. Full disclosure. Here's exactly how AI shows up in our work — and the hard line we draw between AI-assisted marketing and human-delivered service.

Where we use AI

For operational efficiency and scale, AI helps us produce marketing materials faster than we could alone. This is explicitly limited to:

  • Video avatars (HeyGen and similar tools): Some of our marketing videos, Instagram reels, and YouTube content feature AI-generated avatars voicing scripts written by Anand. Look for the AI disclosure label in video descriptions.
  • Written content drafting: Some blog posts, ad copy, and social media content are drafted with AI assistance and edited by our team before publication. Final published words go through human review.
  • Research and competitive analysis: We use AI tools to accelerate market research, trend analysis, and summarising industry reports — the foundation on which our team builds strategic insights.
  • Design and creative iteration: Early-stage design concepts, image variations, and layout exploration use AI tools. Final design decisions are made by humans.
The Hard Line

Every paid service Asmi Digitech delivers is performed personally by Anand Deshpande and trained team members. No exceptions. No AI-proxy consultants. No "agentic" delivery.

When you hire us, you get us.

Where we don't use AI

The moment you become a client, AI stops being a delivery tool. Every paid service is human-delivered:

  • Discovery and sales calls: Always Anand, live, in real-time. Never AI, never automated.
  • 1:1 weekly sessions in the Architect program: Always Anand, personally, for the full 60 minutes.
  • Cohort coaching sessions: Always live group calls led by Anand, not pre-recorded AI-avatar content.
  • System installation in your business: Configurations in your CRM, WhatsApp, ad accounts, and SOPs are done by our human team, reviewed line-by-line.
  • Team training sessions: Every training given to your marketing, sales, and ops team members is conducted live by our team.
  • Strategic advice and judgment calls: Every recommendation about your business comes from human experience, not algorithmic output.

Your data and AI

We don't feed your business data into public AI models. Your financials, customer lists, strategy documents, and internal operations are never used as training data or processed through third-party AI tools without your explicit consent. All client data is handled under strict NDA and standard data protection practices.

Our commitment going forward

AI tools are evolving fast. Our policy is simple: transparency first, efficiency second. If we adopt new AI tools that could affect how you experience our services, we'll update this page and disclose it directly in our communications.

We will never use AI to replace the human judgment, relationship, and accountability that define our work with founders.
