Overview
We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy Technical Assistant to support our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media campaigns, CRM systems, and basic programming skills, combined with a growth mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in marketing or sales environments
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for digital marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems for sales tracking and customer engagement
- Develop and execute small automation tasks using Python
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness
- Troubleshoot technical issues across various digital platforms
- Support team members with technical requirements and training
- Research and recommend new tools and technologies to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions
Must Have
- Experience with social media management tools (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, odoo or similar)
- Basic Python coding experience (able to write simple scripts and automation)
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights)
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of SQL or database management
- Understanding of API integrations
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience in a digital agency or marketing department
